The term "Green2 or G2tecink.co.za or "us" or "we" or "our" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website. The terms that will govern your purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions and which offer we will be entitled to accept or reject for any reason whatsoever, without any recourse.

Availability of Goods
All Green2 printer consumable products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will not be charged, and monies paid by you will be refunded. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if the goods are not supplied by us.
Payment:
G2tecink.co.za accepts Visa, MasterCard, credit cards. Credit cards are processed through Virtual Card Services a Bank approved payment service provider.G2tecink.co.za also accepts payments by Internet Bank Transfer. Orders that are paid by Internet Bank Transfer will only be shipped once payment is reflected in our bank account. No cheque deposits will be accepted.

We make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to this site, its operation, contents, information, or products. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to this site or its products, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that this web site, its directors, officers, resellers, affiliates, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the site and/or its products. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind including, without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. G2tecink.co.za products are guaranteed against defect for 30 days from the day of shipment, other than expressly stated herein, G2tecink.co.za makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the operation of this site, merchandise offered on this site or the accuracy of the information or materials on this site and disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5.00 pm. We will be closed on weekends and all public Holidays.
Pricing:
All pricing on G2tecink.co.za site are quoted in South African Rands. G2tecink.co.za reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. All prices include VAT and are an indication and subject to change without notice. In the event that the price to be charged is more than the price reflected on the website, in respect goods purchased, we will advise you thereof, by email, prior to delivery thereof, thus giving you the opportunity to accept or reject any higher price. Emails sent to you but not responded to within 7 (seven) days of us sending the email will be deemed to be an acceptance of the higher price.
"RSP is the recommended retail price quoted on G2tecink.co.za. We make no representation that a substantial number of these products have been sold or offered for sale at the recommended selling price. Actual retail prices in your area may be substantially different. Because we sell our merchandise through a Reseller and Affiliate program and over the internet on a national basis, it is not possible to know if our merchandise is sold at the recommended selling price in any particular location or at any particular time. "GREAT SAVINGS" reflects the recommended selling price shown on our web site. Because G2tecink.co.za recommended selling price may be different than the actual retail prices in your area, you may not actually realise "GREAT SAVINGS" and may want to make an exact comparison for yourself by checking the prices of other internet or local retailers prior to making a purchase.
Shipping Information:
G2tecink.co.za currently does not accept International orders and only delivers orders within the borders of RSA.
Shipping Charges
We will charge a delivery fee for all goods purchased. Delivery charges will vary, depending on where the delivery is to be affected. Charges are between R45.00 - R85.00 with a surcharge added of R70.00 to outlying areas and townships. Delivery charges will be charged and included in the payment of the order. These may vary from time to time without notification.
Delivery Dates and Delays
We endeavour to deliver goods that are purchased on this site within 24 hours of reflection of payment within our bank account. Courier Companies cannot specify an exact hour of delivery. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximations only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. Our failure to meet approximate delivery dates will not be grounds for you to cancel the sale. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. You are required to make all the necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. If you are not at home on the date that has been agreed and the delivery agent cannot contact you, we reserve the right to charge you for the re-delivery.
Inspection of goods
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods delivered to the address are inspected and in good condition, and to sign for the goods. We cannot accept liability for damages unless the damage is reported immediately on receipt of the goods together with the weigh bill number, the invoice number and the extent of the damage to the goods.
Risk
The risk of the goods shall pass to you, the customer, on arrival at the delivery address, as advised by you.
Non-Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from the expected delivery date.
Guarantee:
We offer an unconditional 30 day guarantee on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of your ink or toner cartridge you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product will be examined for defects and on confirmation will be replaced with a new cartridge of the same model.
Notwithstanding what is set out above, you will not be entitled in anyway to dispute or query our discretion, once exercised by us.
Use of Site:
This site or any portion of this site may not be duplicated, reproduced, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by G2tecink.co.za.We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in our discretion, including, without limitation, if G2tecink.co.za believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of G2tecink.co.za
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
